I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is simply breathtaking, with mountains and waterfalls all around. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us. Our room was spacious and clean, with a mini-fridge and a small TV. The highlight of our trip was when one of the staff members took us on a tour of the area, showing us a nearby waterfall and some hidden lagoons. It was an amazing experience, despite the language barrier. The restaurant, although sometimes closed, served delicious food and had an incredible view. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful location, friendly staff, and memorable experiences.
